After breakfast sightseeing of Udaipur City visit the City Palace Museum - grandeur and intricacy stroked all over in granite, marble and mosaic displayed in the sparkling white filigreed balconies and windows, ornate arches and cupolas atop magnificent octagonal towers, Jagdish Temple - built in 1651 AD. Also visit Sahelion Ki Bari - the spectacular garden displaying the unique life style of the royal ladies who once lived in the palaces.
Eklingi and Nagada temples. Eklingji, a little village with a number of ancient temples situated 22 kms away from Udaipur. The Siva temple in the village itself was originally built in 734. The walled complex includes an elaborately pillared hall under a large pyramidal roof and features a four-faced Siva image of black marble. Nagda, about a km off the road and a km before Eklingji, are three old temples. The Jain temple of Adbudji is essentially ruined, but its architecture is interesting and it's very old.
